Apple Health

Not very happy that suddenly I cannot see my fitness and wellbeing not uploaded from Garmin as it was with apple watch. I had an Apple Watch for nearly 10 years. But needed more from a fitness device and thus “upgraded”. Now my fitness does not upload to Health app. Even though all permissins are set to do so.

This app UX is absolutely one of the worst I’ve seen in a long time. It is impossible to find anything unless you are generation zero. I’m done with this Apple garbage. And then next week there is a new update and everything’s changed again. I can’t even add my own comment to a measured metric. You’d think that selecting ‘other’ would let you fill in a Text field. This ‘health’ app will actually be detrimental to your health.

Although this app shows you all your readings like heart rate variability, average cadence when running etc, it doesn’t tell you what are good vs poor zones. Like it doesn’t tell you if your heart rate variability is low, it just gives a number. You have to go and google each and everything to find your correct zone to know if the data the app is showing you is actually a good or bad thing. Its a pain. Going to look for another fitness app

One of thee best app from Apple , this app is helps me stay healthy and to be honest it predicts my cycle perfectly . This app helps me with a lot of things ngl❤️ I have never been so blessed 😇 Thank you Apple for this very smart app.

I dont have a period tracker app on my phone as I use the one on here.But what if I want to add a note to the day of my period?If you are going to have a period tracker,make sure it has everything a woman needs.Other than that i have no problem

I loooove health it helped me with sleep and it’s so organized it’s free which is the best part and it shows your heart rate which helped when I’m on my morning jog!😁😁

I recently downloaded this health app it is just taking up my iPad space the screen just stays white the whole time absolutely useless

Doesn’t always sync with my medical aid app and I end losing points mxm

I can’t find this app available on iPads. Would be useful, as the maps are larger.

Hi, this is an idea. There is little to zero support for menopausal women in terms of tracking symptoms etc. this would be very useful when seeking medical intervention. I’m using your cycle logger but it is not built for my needs now.
