The feature to have your iPhone track sleep has been removed, forcing you to buy an Apple Watch and wear it to bed, disappointing, backwards update to remove a feature

I takes forever for the steps to update in the app. Not helpful for when you are doing challenges with connected apps that rely on this data.

THERE IS A DEFINITE PROBLEM IM HAVING UNKNOWN APPLE WATCH IS PAIRED TO MY IPHONE ( OLDER MODEL) AND IS FURTHER LINKED TO SOMEONES (FEMALE) GYNECOLOGICAL MEDICAL INFORMATION. THIS IS SHOWING UP IN DATA ANALYTICS I HAVE MANY SCREEN SHOTS OF THIS. This is the SECOND IPHONE IN UNDER 2MONTHS THAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED WITH THE SAME ISSUE . VERY VERY INAPPROPRIATE THE FIRST ONE WAS RETURNED TO AN APPLE STORE I HAVE THE RECEIPT. IM CONTACTING APPLE REGARDING THIS ON THE SECOND ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM . This really needs to be fixed DONT WANT OR OWN AN APPLE WATCH NOR DO I NEED A MEDICAL APP

It’s ok. I can’t order the categories or hide them so it tries to shame me about how much I move around when it has no idea because I leave it on my desk all day. Also, too many ads. This is a problem because while Apple claims to treat my privacy with the respect that law and human decency demand, but I don’t remotely believe they’re curating these apps which are not I’m any way HIPPA compliant. I’m fact, many, if not most, are from companies that make the criminals that used their “analytics” contracts to steal confidential medical information. So that’s a concern. Another concern is the privacy practices Apple claims. Are they eavesdropping on my private medical information? They say they collect this data. Do they actually mean collect or do they mean the app has access to it? Like other apps it’s self reported and open to interpretation. Personally, I choose to opt out. Enough studies have shown data can’t be truly anonymized. A lot of this data is just flat out wrong. It doesn’t have any context I don’t give it but makes wild assumptions about things like how I walk based on my time standing in line. I can’t delete some of this stuff. It’s very frustrating and insulting. I did give them back a star though for not being G—gel or Micr-S-ft, but it does feel like that toxic corporate culture that never wants to admit mistakes, even if there’s no liability or it’s the only way to fix them.
