I bought my first Aura strap 2 from a reseller in England and made the mistake of using it in a swimming pool for an hour or so, since it’s advertised as water resistant (but only up to 50cm, I discovered later). However, customer service promptly sent me a hassle-free replacement that arrived overseas in less than two weeks. So, bear in mind that this device is NOT completely waterproof, but these guys are serious at making this business work.

First strap broke within a month. Went dead, wouldn’t pair wouldn’t take measurement no light on the bulb. Replacement sent. 2nd strap, broken with 3 weeks. Refuses to take a measurement and always says incorrect data no matter how many times I try, I have used the manual, the troubleshoot guide and help centre. I ensure I’m clean and so is watch and strap and follow the guide. It’s useless AGAIN. For over £140 you would expect a higher quality product. I’ve currently got an email chain with them to either figure this out or I am going for a refund. This product quality is absolutely abissmal so far. Can’t use it to track if it never ever works 👎👎👎👎👎 IMO give this a miss the product quality is a. Headache and a let down and not remotely worth the money for the quality of the product. Only positive is at the moment their CS seems to be good. But the product shouldn’t be so bad I’m always using them 🤷🏼‍♂️

So after my last review in September 2023, I was sent a new strap to try. Still doesn’t take any measurements and now get an “unknown error - contact support!? I give up, save your money and don’t bother!

This is really disappointing. I purchased the band in good faith and 3 weeks on and I haven’t been able to log a reading. Money wasted. I’ve tried to make contact with the owners without success, so hopefully this review gets me a response.

Strap worked twice but then battery seemed to drain over a month. New battery fitted, device doesn’t take a measurement ( starts to work then gives a “don’t touch your other hand” (I wasn’t) shortly followed by “don’t take your hands off the contacts during measurement” (I didn’t)! Awaiting a new strap and will update if it works, but have very low expectations. Very disappointed and annoyed at spending so much money on something that doesn’t do what it advertises :(

One day you’ll wake up and you won’t be able to get a reading. You’ll spend 15 minutes to get a reading which is is clearly inaccurate and another 20 trying to get the right one. They’ll tell you to change the battery, you’ll told them you have & then you’ll have to try and send it back to them. If you don’t want to be stressed use callipers & save yourself $100 dollars

Working at few time the day I got this but next morning nothing. Late that day I got a few reading then it stopped. I reinstalled the app check the battery and still won’t work. I contacted the customer service and very were great and is sending out a replacement so fingers crossed. I have give this a 3 star due to their customer service but but not sure if the liability of the analysis or item.

brand new ones and neither of Them work not once! I should have read reviews first and based on product I’m sure it will be a slog uphill and a chargeback to get a refund, will post results here

Had high hopes for this strap how wrong could I be. First strap took ages to get it to record data not a quick process became a chore. Then just got a permanent red light and drained the battery within a day. Final got a replacement and now it doesn't register data or keeps saying incorrect data or dont remove hands over and over again. Troubleshooting support is a joke and to be honest really find the watch app clunky to say the least glad didnt upgrade to plus . All its now is a £100 elastic strap🤬

Nice idea. Have struggled to get the strap to take any readings. Follow instructions and nothing happens. Changed battery, restarted phone and watch and still completely unresponsive. Feel like I’ve wasted a lot of money
