The app was a great way to keep track of our trip and planned excursions. It also proved us with notifications and updates. It worked well.

It is unfortunate that we only used the boat as a hotel. I don’t know if they were justified in the reasoning. First day we were going west and they said the current is too strong to navigate to west. Second and third day the excuse was the water level was too high to go under the bridges. We were not convinced. Overall it is a beautiful boat, food and service was impeccable. They took us to the 3 destinations by bus! Supposedly they will reimburse us 50% of the cruise portion of what we paid. We don’t know what it means “cruise portion”. But the whole purpose of the trip was cruising.

Easy to use and understand. It’s wonderful to see everything in one spot.

Although the AvalonGO app was helpful, it was glitchy for our cruise. The online itinerary did not match other documentation and so was confusing. It was also difficult to initiate - the version I had downloaded did not have the menus/schedules option and it was impossible to re-download. However there was valuable information when I was able to access.

Excellent app. Very comprehensive and allows you to not only be up to date on your trip but to plan ahead and consult with your travel companions.

I like having all the information in one spot. Great for first time travellers with no experience 😀

Love that I can access the day by day itinerary anytime, anywhere. No need for an internet connection.

I downloaded the app after booking our cruise and have found it challenging to navigate! We were told we should book our excursions prior to the trip but the app would not let us book them. I could sometimes the excursions listed but most times not and booking was not an option, it kicked me out when I tried. I deleted the app and got it again to see if it helped, it helped me read the app better but still could not see the excursions. It was very frustrating!

This app should mark a new standard in “trip” app. Information well presented, easy to find and seamless integration.

Everything is visual, which I appreciate. Connection to the airline, too.
