Avianca needs to upgrade this app asap. I’ve tried twice to change and book my flights but unfortunately the app won’t a feo my credit card so I had to call the Avianca call centre and pay for the agency fees. This is frustrating.

Can’t pay with valid credit card, can’t add luggage, app refuses to acknowledge valid reservation number or valid last name 90% of the time. I had to book through Expedia.

Issues trying to know about a flight iterinary , very slow, User Interface is not intuitive.

Pretty bad app. Can't login to my amigo account. Or check a booking. Or change my location.
