The UX is too clunky, finicky. Their back office is useless..
I tried to purchase a ticket, because of the way that the user experience is layered in multiple layers, if you make a mistake introducing information, you have to restart all over again. Also, after booking a ticket, when trying to add a reservation in order to get a virtual ticket or a boarding pass into my wallet, despite entering correctly both the booking number and the last name, I never could get a QR code / virtual boarding pass. I had to line up at the counter in a dingy airport in order to get a paper boarding pass.
