Very calming and a good way to start the day/wind down for the night. It also comes with two modes for each meditation lesson (male and female voice). Highly recommended, I am on trial run now but after it ends, I think I will get the full subscription.

Love the app, this is my 2nd year using it and it really helps me a lot. This is the second time i’m writing you, I’m hoping that my message get seen. Really hope that you guys could do in the near futute a “ Grounding “ meditation and maybe some Overthinking meditation. Thank you so much.
Mind and body relaxing
Usually, I have a very hard time relaxing, unclentching my jaw... this app really helps me with it. Thank you, Balance. Too bad the app can't be purchased for less than a year (for instance a more stressful month or a month or two focused on guided meditation)

I have been useing this app for 3 years now and all I can say is that it is amazing. It helped me understand better the principles of meditation and also informed me about the benefits of each type of meditation that I was learning. I work in a mental health and wellness center and I always recommend this app.
