Banana Republic: Shop Apparel

It’s a shopping app! I spend quite a bit of time on it so something is hooking me. Please save my sizes so searches turn up what’s in my sizes. Going through this time and again is tedious. Close ups of fabrics. Other than that good info on specs. Great photography of styling. Clear pricing and fonts. Clean and easy. Make it easier to delete items no longer in stock in my favorites.

I think most people that have this app loves BR. In terms of the app I wish there’s a new function where it expands on what the model is wearing in it’s entirety. Sometimes I tap into a shirt and see it matches a really nice pants. But it takes a long time or I can never find it. This will shorten the time for customer to make extra efforts to find those item and in turn makes for more sales.

Banana Republic is my go to reference for all the classic style that is luxurious but relatively affordable

I have been using this app for years now and the same issue remains after every update. When I add things in my cart and go in to verify I added the right amount of everything, there is a black screen and cannot see what I have in the app. So I blindly order at times and end up returning majority of my purchase. Or I get frustrated and don’t order any of the items. They need to work on this as none of thr updates ever fixed this issue. Other then that it’s great to be able to have access to all stores Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, & Athleta all in one app.

I loved ( past tense) BR’s trendy trousers in tall sizes 14 and 16 depending on the cut of the pants. They no longer carry tall trousers in these sizes. Talk about being bummed out is to say the least!..
