This app is so helpful for all of my dog’s vet care needs and being able to schedule and change an appointment on the go is so important yo me

As a member, tried to schedule an appt. On the app. The appt feature does not sync with the actual locations. Horrible! Available appt. times on the app aren’t really available at locations. The clinics would call me back saying the times are real appt. times.

App still has a sign in option for fingerprint. Takes too long to load scheduling features.

App did not allow me to add details for appointment.

I am a very long time Banfields customer and very happy ( multiple pets). This app has only made it easier to schedule appointments, get access to records etc. absolutely fantastic!

Worst app along with Petco app! Always closing out! Their payment option on the app has been broken for the past month. I’m fixing on canceling this wellness plan if it doesn’t get fixed soon! Along with fixing the bugs that always make the app close constantly!

Before I switched to an iPhone this app was fine. Now with my new iPhone 16pro I’ll change the password and it still says wrong password. I even save the password so I know it’s right. But now I can’t get in at all. So no help from vet chats.

This app is fantastic when it works and is easy to set up appointments/access pet info, but it keeps unchecking your pets so you can’t see their records. And when you try to check it it unchecks itself right after you checked it. Not everyone always has time to sit here and fight with a toggle switch in an app for ten minutes

I downloaded the app today and I’m unable to post a pic or set a hospital as a favorite. Not a huge deal and I wish these options worked because they are in the app. I’ll give it a few days and try again since it might just be a ‘new to the app’ thing. Also, my kitties next appointment doesn’t show so we’ll see how it goes…

Just as bad as Banfield website. Nothing works.
