Do not order anything from this app or store unless you want to be stuck with it regardless if it works or not or the quality is terrible. They will not take returns on items where shipping is high cost. Tried to charge me $90 to return a $145 item. Just don’t. Go to Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, anywhere but BBB. I now know why they closed all there stores.

i was supposed to get $25 off my next order but when i try to apply it- just says cpn exp (but it’s not) and offers me 10% instead????

Check your calculation they are not giving you the percentage of that should be given. If it’s 25% off, they’ll give you 20% off.

Just moved to a new house, ordered a desk and a chair, couldnt get anymore simpler than that right? The chair came a day after the estimated delivery date but the desk shows delayed in transit and its been a week so i wanted to just cancel and go find one at ikea or something. Theres no way to cancel the order and i noticed this even after the original day if purchase because my friend said the desk are lowend so i considered canceling it.

The price listed beside of item is not the actual price BB&B charges for that item. Even with a couple applied, it appears that something was subtracted , but the item total still comes out costing more than the original price listed beside of item. Spoke with a customer service representative over the phone who logged into my account and said what he saw on his side didn’t match up with what I was seeing on mine. He asked for screenshots and I sent four to prove the hoax. Look carefully before‘checkout’
