Can never place an order through the app because it freezes at some point, and then can’t fix the freeze despite quitting the app multiple times.

Everytime I go to their shop, I always go for their Betty's Classic with shroom patty. But they don't have that option in the apps. So there's no point for me to download the apps

After signing up, asked to resend verification email to verify account but the email never comes. I tried to log out and I forgot my password, and it wouldn’t let me reset my password either.

Great work to market all the specials available in the app but you still can't use it for purchases. Can now at least get into the cart which hasn't been possible for 6 months. But inside the cart you cannot: 1. Select closest restaurant 2. Toggle between order now of pickup 3. Empty the prior purchases I selected months ago - at least the counter says theyre still in my cart 4. See any items in my cart 5. Add a promo code 6. Checkout Oh look at that, it's a complete list of everything possible in the cart. Can't do anything there. The business continues to suffer while the app developer continues to go around in circles ADDITIONAL: it is offensive to see the abundance of 1 star reviews receiving no comment from the developer while the one [highly dubious] 5 star review receives a 'thank you from the developer'. Clearly the developer no has zero clue what they're doing

I’ve had this issue twice now that’s basically the same problem but in different parts of the app. When the last store I ordered from (Newstead) closed and I tried to order from a new store (Howard Smith Wharves), it came up with a error message to the effect saying that it couldn’t find my store and to please select another store, and when I hit “ok” it would just take me back to the last page rather than a page to select a new store. The only way to solve this was to delete the app, re-download it and re-log in and re-order everything from scratch. Similar issue happed when I had left a promotional burger in my basket (brazed pork belly burger). For whatever reason I didn’t complete the order, but a week or so later when I came back to order, it was still in the basket, and when I went to check out, I got an error message saying to the effect of “one of the items in your basket is no longer available” and hitting “ok” only bought me back to the previous screen, so once again, the only way to fix this was to delete, re-download, re-login and re-enter my order. Please fix this, would be much appreciated, thanks

POINTLESS USELESS BARELY CAPABLE APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Have tried the app from multiple devices on numerous occasions but can never get past either the ‘store selection’ or ‘checkout now’ sections. Have given up.

Betty’s is losing my money.

I've rarely been able to complete an order through this app. Very glitchy! So sad because I love the food here, but the app experience is very bad.
