So much stress and so little useful I formation

I couldn’t rent for both myself and my son on same app at same time! I already had it rented by the time I figured this frustrating point out!

Not a fun experience… wish it was in better condition.

The stations don’t work Making me and my wife yo ride to three different stations far away from where we were planning to go; and still we have been charged like our trip qas that long

All the bikes are broken or flat tired. Very hard to put in racks.

Convenient. Good app. Bike are very heavy, esp in front. Return racks have dysfunctional spaces.

I returned the bike and it’s still charging me. No customer service, they do not reply to the msg in the app. Don’t use!

The software was smooth and flawless. Quick response times, maps and inventory availability, and “talking to the bikes”, but the hardware can be improved. These bikes were heavy and more difficult to maneuver than bikes in other cities around the world. Still very positive experience and will continue to use now that I have the experience!

Wobbly and noisy. Find a different app.

Many of the bikes are old, heavy, and have something wrong. The e-bikes are decent when they are actually charged...which is not often enough. And, they don’t have enough e-bikes to meet the demand. When you bring back the bike, the app takes FOREVER to register the bike back... so be prepared to wait at least five minutes after. And my biggest complaint is... that when you take a bike and notice in the ride something is wrong and park it at another dock - they make you “wait a few minutes” before taking another. Seriously?!? It’s incredibly frustrating and stressful when you use the bikes to commute to the office. They need to do better!
