Bird — Ride Electric

The worst experience ever using scooter rides app. Me and my partner took scooters and after some time of riding I've successfully ended the ride, but my partner had zero parking nests. So we ended up riding circles to somehow end the ride and He finally had to ride off the map to have parking nests appear. Totally ruined our evening. We've head to reset app and Bluetooth, mobile data connections multiple times and no success.

Outside in the cold booked two scooters and was charged 5€+5€ for them and neither of them worked. Trying to contact support is not possible and I’m only left wondering how to get back my money… I wouldn’t use this app or scooter service

Super fun ride. One had break problem.

Scooter had difficulty go from under the lights. Had to push 5-10 times and flick the accelerator same number of times for anything to happen. Parking spaces were scarce and under my 90kg it failed to go uphill to my final parking space. Had to push it besides me. PS! I have used many different scooters all over Europe and Bird was the worst. At least Portos drivers were nice.

I came from the train, i was in a hurry, i saw this electric scooter, downloaded the app, started riding and it started beeping at some point, then the scooter ended working. I realized oh, this is a non-riding zone(which hasnt hasnt ever happend with any other scooter app, and i use them every day and the place is actually in the city and is a popular zone), long story short, i had to bring it back to the point i took it, it cost me between 3-4e and i was really late to where i was going. I only wanted to go 1km and its really upseting when a new company apperas and is just so much more worse, then the competition (bolt, tuul) which has been doing this for years. Will definitely never use this app again, i dont recommend anyone to use it, the starting price is 1.99e which is also way much higher then all the others.

Самокаты полный отстой. Медленный, скрипучий прошивка русская просто отвратительно переведена. Реклама 5 евро бесплатно обман, ибо с карты списалось 5 евро. Не рекомендую никому это говно, лучше на Bolt или Tuul катайтесь.

Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.
