Terrible
Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.
