I used the app once and after that its not opening anymore..
Unable to add payment details
After adding my credit card details I am unable to click the 'done' button to proceed. Nothing happens. Not even an error message to confirm why I'm unable to proceed. Unable to complete signup to use your app and your scooters. Terrible user experience.
scooter didn’t start
it’s the first time i’m taking a ride. so i either didn’t operate it well, or this specific scooter isn’t working. not a great first experience on a bird. hope this review helps to fix this issue.

Doesn’t work for IOS 11
This app doesn’t work on my iPhone due to delay in IOS 11 development. Really disappointing
Terrible
Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.
