I logged out on accident and it wont let me back in? It said i cant log in either because driven illegally, fraud, too many accounts or I'm using a VPN and i didn't/don't do or have any of that. Ive tried or make a new account and it still didn't work. This app needs to fix itself

Cannot remove card information from the app, but I could add the exact same card details again. Failed to scan the card. Kept failing at payments, with either the same card or a different card, and after rebooting the app (didn't try rebooting the phone, I had given up at that point)

Beware!! Do not use this service. We were charged twice and end up paying over $80 for and 8.99 ride pass. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Terrible service, scooter would not start even though I was in a designated area to do so. Worst part is that I got charged either way. Don’t use this service if you can help it, you never know if it’s going to work or if it’s just going to waste your money and time. Oh and to top it off it’s not the first time this happens.

It’s not letting me update my balance don’t use it there scamming you my moneys coming out and no balance on account I’ve been scammed for 250$ in total.

Came here for New Years at Taupo and looked at 5 scooters that were available on the map and walking to them to scan the QR code came up saying low battery. Don’t recommend

This scooter was very fun. I would’ve given it five stars however, the payment button in the app that automatically pays kept turning on without me clicking it. This meant that I was spending way more money than I thought as the payment automatically rolled over :(.

Ok, I’ve loved using lime scooters so thought I’d have some fun on this one on a holiday. Started it up easy, started charging me. The accelerator didn’t work from the start, so I went to end the ride. Surprise!! Endless errors saying I wasn’t parking in the right spot. Restarted phone, reopened app, reinstalled app, parked in like 15 different spot. Parked beside 10 other scooters, “not a correct parking area” finally worked after about an hour of wasted time. Worst experience would not recommend.

This app makes you pay for $10, $20 or $50 before you can unlock a scooter, not charge you the amount the ride actually cost. Lime doesn’t make you do that. It’s a stupid system.
