It is a scam app. I didn’t receive my deposited money.

Please do not fancy this wallet , see all the data it collects if you download this app. It even says it collects sensitive information.ℹ️ with out understanding put my funds in it in the early stage and hodl it, when i now want it withdrawn I simply do not get a verification e-mail and support is automated telling me to white list the addresses associated with them. Still awaiting supports support so I can support myself❗️🤷

My experience with Blockchain.com started off well, with a smooth and hassle-free KYC process the first time I signed up. However, things took a turn for the worse once I began trading. After investing, the app started showing errors, forcing me to delete and reinstall it. To my surprise, I was prompted to complete KYC again. It’s been a week now, and my KYC is still pending, despite multiple emails to their support team. The document upload link they sent is broken, preventing me from browsing or uploading files. I’ve even sent my original documents directly via email, but their response time is abysmal, with no resolution in sight. This has left me frustrated and unable to manage my assets due to the ongoing KYC issues. I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable platform to avoid feeling stuck and frustrated like I do.

A total fraud company. Requesting everyone to stay away from their scams. They’ll be helpful only at the time you are depositing in their wallet/App. As soon as you try to withdraw or transfer they have a thousand reasons ready to not give your own money back. Total Fraud

Charging hell lot of fee for sending Bitcoin

I have been their customer for 4-5 years and everything was going fine until one day they decide to restrict my account out of the blue. When I asked why I can’t use their blockchain account , they said to me that we don’t know the reason but you can still use our defi wallet account which has private keys . Once they restricted my account they also blocked my access to the crypto that I had in blockchain account and after I said I need my refund they asked me for several documents and id which I provided to them. Even after providing all the information it’s been three weeks they still haven’t refunded my btc and stacks crypto and they don’t even have the courtesy to reply to my emails. It’s been a pathetic experience for me trying to get my crypto refunded back to me . I send them email every second still no reply to those emails and they don’t give you any date when are they gonna refund your crypto. I would request everyone not to store their hard earned crypto with this app cuz they don’t care about your money or you as a customer. Please be aware of their strategies to steal your crypto. May you guys don’t have to go through this cuz it is not a good experience at all. I am worried if I will ever get my crypto refunded back to me or not.
