This is app is totally the most useless app have ever seen You guys are scam

To keep things short, I was verified since 2019. Last week after making a deposit they unverified me and froze account. Passport and license sent again and nothing. THEIR SUPPORT TEAM IS THE WORST. I have since filed a complaint against them with a federal government agency. Go on Reddit and look at other horrible stories about them. They should be banned. They were great until now. This gives crypto a horrible reputation and will scare people away.

I contacted support about a dozen times. They constantly move me to another agent where I just sit there for 40 mins only to experience the same thing. Non of my questions were answered. Horrible customer service. Worst app ever don’t waste your time
