Ye just did an update but still no way around recovery phrase, mon now .. i had the app years ago i dont member password or recovery rephrase how is there no way around it..

It is a SCAM app!!!

It’s been over a month since I transferred some money to my account and it is yet to reflect. Support will tell you to just keep waiting. At this point, I suspect there might be some fraud involved with the app.

The app is quite slow to update your total when you log in and I can’t access the “earn interest” section on it! As all my crypto is earning interest the app is pretty useless! Also, I try to log in, it needs to verify my email address, no email arrives! I hit send again, no email arrives!!!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible app! If I could give a lower rating I would!

I can’t sell crypto from the app and that have been going on for a while. Before I couldn’t even sell from the website, they logged a ticket and fixed but it took a while . Will see when they fix the app Ticket 2753048

The User Interface is easy to navigate and adding €/£/$ is very straight forward. It’s easy to purchase Crypto and I really like the fact I can earn interest on my assets. The fee structure is confusing with this ‘market maker or taker’ approach as it’s not very clear, but from experience their fees are lower then many other exchanges. You also get access to your PKs. Be warned their Customer service is -100 points so you are on your own there. Overall I stick with it because of its low fees and ease of use. (Updated) their Customer Service is worse then previously experienced and with the web UI being so buggy and flaky you will experience transactions freezing and not completing. No one will help you. The little help I got was terrible and of no use with an awful attitude. (Updated) You have to get your head around the 3 x Wallets per coin if it’s an interest earning coin. To add complexity I really like their Exchange Platform which allows you to do Limit Orders. Be warned > you cannot transfer FIAT between Blockchain Wallet and Exchange even though the accounts are connected. However, you can transfer purchased crypto from the Exchange to your Wallet on Blockchain - Note: the fees are fixed and run at about 4% of the transfer.... so it’s very expensive to move purchased crypto to your custodial wallet!! (Updated 3rd April) the App is still extremely flaky and will show you a €0.00 balance for all your coin totals. So you have to check the logs to see if you were hacked and the funds stolen or not. Then login again later in the day to see if by chance your account loads correctly. #amateur - you cannot buy ADA even though the description says you can. Very misleading. - you can now buy DOT, but you cannot transfer it out and earn ABY on it. Sham! (Updated 20th May) During the past two weeks, many trades have failed and throwing errors on both the Mobile App and website. Support eMail responses currently take around 2 weeks to reply to you. Avoid this exchange.

Don’t like that you have to wait 3 days to buy more Bitcoin and it has gone by the mark of 3 days and it still won’t let me buy it no clue why.

My btc wasn’t allowed to be sent out & wasn’t able to buy nor sell. Shame👎
