My issue with sending crypto has been successfully resolved by support team (Mike). It takes a few days but it is done to secure the funds . Good to know it is a legal company which security rules are strict and will not allow to withdraw funds if the wallet has been compromised

1. I can’t change my email address nor within the app neither within the web. It just says “Error” on email address change action. 2. I bought small amount of USDT. The transaction not appears on the eth network. So its obvious that exactly blockchain is holding my crypto. Why?! Submitted a ticket about both issues. No response. Let me change my email! Let me get my cryptos transferred to another wallet! Update. Completely unprofessional support. A simple KYC verification they turned to a long journey the only they enjoy. You suspended my account and blocked the money I deposited by my credit card. I sent the necessary documents. Then you, instead of restoring a full access to my account, suspended it again because I’m using a vpn. After I confirmed that I’m really using the vpn and you shouldn’t worry about it you didn’t restore the access. Instead of you just found another reason to suspend it again. Now you’re saying that my account was compromised and insist of creating another account where you promise you gonna transfer my money I deposited to you system by my credit card. I’m gonna repeat. I didn’t get any transfers from anyone. I used my own credit card to deposit money to your system. And now you’re holding my money not allowing me to do with them anything. It seems extremely suspicious. Your service looks like a scam. I’m not gonna deal with your service anymore. Just cancel the transaction 8f7434e3-13e7-4f8a-8a46-067dc670c7d5 and do a refund of my $300 usd to My credit card. The ticket ID is 3557124

6 месяцев не могу верифицироваться. Тех Поддержка не отвечает. Раньше хороший был кошелёк, а теперь так себе. После восстановления через сид фразу, слетела верификация , подал повторно, 6 мес. На рассмотрении.
