Upgraded 2.2.3 to Version 2.2.4 to Version 2.2.6 and still can’t see the 4 attached batteries on the AC500, when using Offline. I predominately only use Offline mode so this is very inconvenient and rather frustrating. !! Very disappointed, please fix. !!

It’s disappointing the app is tuned to primarily mining our data! Only basic operations are left for the offline users like me. Please fix it, can see they more users have been complaining about this limitation already…and nothing was done👎

Purchased ac200max has 2048wh and always goes flat does not charge at 500w with power supply only get 402w max. Purchased to run small freezer as I travel Australia and this power unit is garbage. The app is garbage! Try do a firmware update thinking it will help with all the problems and no update available! Inverter rated 2200w and it can’t even do 1600w toaster! Ac200max gets to 71 percent charged and jumps to 100 percent in a blink of an eye. No customer care! Faulty product warning here! I have 2 Bluetti units and both are way overpriced and none of them do as advertised! Lesson here never buy from an online only retailer! Bluetti send it back Stop your holiday waste your time and money and we will either fix or replace. Bluetti such a great product that everyone is selling them on Facebook! Because they want to share the joy around. It’s gold plated being marketed as 24k Recommendation is to get things done by a professional business whom has locations you can visit and complain in person so you have the service you pay for. Bluetti is not worth the headache!

Can you please change a few things - allow for the app to have a configurable heart beat check and let the user if any configured units via wifi /internet that are in the app unit list are reachable. That way we can go check if there is a problem with the unit. - allow for users to see error logs siting the app by exposing the logs in the Bluetti app/ API - allow if possible to set lower AC charge rates. Currently if you want a quiet charge it’s preset, I would like to charge even slower than this on really cloudy days to make use of grid tied solar at slower rate. If you have grid tied solar and the production fluctuates its means you start taking some energy from the grid, it would be better if you could set lower power draw over a longer period of time. I use the T500 but if I could set tiers of slow charge it would be better.

The last update removed the ability to connect without an account and or internet. This was awful especially given a lot of people have these offgrid and sometimes without any internet. It’s now fixed and you have the choice to create an account or just connect. So great they listened to customers and updated the app this way.

Leider wird seit geraumer Zeit nur noch der Gesamtstatus und nicht mehr die einzelnen externen Akkus angezeigt. Die Schaltfläche „Akkupack“ fehlt! (Ac200max)

Übersichtlich und zuverlässig

Vermisse folgende Funktionen in der App: -Dunkles Skin -Einstellung des Netzladestromes der AC300 -Abschaltung der AC300 Verbesserungen die bereits umgesetzt sind: Nachfrage beim Ein/Ausschalten der AC/DC Ausgänge

AC200max mit 2x B300 zeigt immer nur Gesamtsystem, und nicht die einzelnen Module!

Die App zeigt den Echtzeitstand an. Schön wäre aber zu sehen, wie sich die Werte zumindest im Laufe des Tages entwickeln... zum einen der Verbrauch, zum anderen aber auch die Ladewerte z.Bsp. durch Solar !! So bleibt mir am Ende des Tages nur die Info, welchen Ladestatus die Akkus haben!
