It forces users to agree giving their personal data before you can use this Apps. It is illegal and violates Apple’s terms & condition!!

I was disappointed, the Apps I just downloaded only displayed the very basic. The most important features… Firmware updates is nowhere to be seen !! Also I don’t understand the colour scheme, I got highlights Orange at 75% battery , it should be still Green colour, doesn’t it mean something wrong with my battery on my AC200Max ??!! It confused customers, the developer needs to explain to customers what all these different colour means on the Apps!

I would particularly like to be able to see/download daily/hourly the solar production, battery level and electricity usage stats from my AC500. Now i have to remember to note down at the end of each day the total solar production to create my own spreadsheet. All other inverters provide better reporting and even graphs. Please add in the next update. Also, many users noted that the inverter uses about 120W per hour if mains electricity is connected even if not charging (under PV priority) while only 30W with the mains off. We hope the next update will fix this and limit extra consumption use if on mains but not charging from mains, but not sure if this needs to be a firmware update.

BLUETTI change the AI quite often which is frustrating. We should be able to select which AI style we would like to use. I would like to see PV voltages in the app.

Seriously guys comn, obviously we want to see the device working as soon as we start the app not all this other nonsense the have to tap in 2-3 times into device then see a very poor read out? You need to talk to some qualified app makers your seriously dealing with amateurs

Like the new clean look of the app but why are devices now behind multiple taps? Its great having access to other bluetti services within the app but im pretty certain most people will open the app to check on their device so the first thing you should see are your devices! (Like the ecoflow app) If i want warranty or something else id rather have those behind another tap so that when i open my app, all i see are the devices i want to manage.

I didn’t update the Apps straight away because I was worried that I might have to login before I could use the Apps, to my surprise I can use the Apps now without logging in online which is excellent. I haven’t update to the latest version…. just in case I have to create an online account.

Its great to see the developers took notice of the community and brought what was liked from the original app to the latest version. Finally the view of input/output is clear and readable.

Like the new interface. Much easier on the eyes. I would like to see PV voltages in the app.
