The app provides good, not great, but good performance and reasonable Bluetooth connectivity distance. It displays many of the EB3A’s status features. One piece of information I’d like to see displayed as it does on the actual unit, is the estimated time remaining feature. Understanding the information is a measurement at that moment and it recalculates on the fly based on watts coming in and watts going out, but it does serve a purpose on the EB3A unit itself. Why not include in the app?

After upgrading the app on devices. The WiFi no longer works. This is beyond frustrating because I’ve had to replace this unit 4 TIMES!!! OMG OMG. THIS IS TORTURE TI KEEP DEALING WITH THIS MANY PROBLEMS. I dare not upgrade the unit. It might catch fire like the last time. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

To register put ur email in and get the code the code is going to go to ur junk folder just check it and is there this took me a while to figure it out

I can’t get the darn thing to send the verification code so I can put it in my phone and complete the registration so my Bluetooth can hook up on the solar power station

Offline mode doesn’t work. It requires you to log in and look at a bunch of spam just to access your battery through Bluetooth.

It’s via Bluetooth so “anywhere” that is within 33 feet of the device. Kind of disappointing.

I use my BLUETTI to power my van. I wish the Bluetooth did not go automatically on and I could manually power it on. The best spot for my battery is near where I sleep and I am concerned about the EMF disrupting my sleep, which is does.

I just got my AC300 set up with 2 b300 batteries and am expanding my portable solar array. When I plug in the panels outside (portable) the Bluetti turns itself on. I wait maybe a minute and then can look at the app to see what is happening via wifi. I can also see it when I am not home.

PV generation and CO2 counters now no longer work. There is No referral program in the app( yes I’m in the US). Are you just updating this app to hack my phone?

This update erases your PV generation and CO2 reduction totals and sets them back to zero. Your would think they would have caught this if they had tested this update before releasing it.
