I have been charged for several months without knowing, even though I have canceled the trial - the support wrote me I had double subscription (wtf!) made from both app store and e-mail. How is this even possible? I find it kind of scammy tactics. The support sent me back last payment but the kept my 80 usd -that is probably the way they are making money - be very careful with this app and any payment! 🤯
Hlavně nenaleťte na “zkušební verze na 7 dní za 50kč” Hned mi vybrali snad všechno, co se dalo z účtu a faktura mi ani nedošla, takže žádný jejich REFUND čili vrácení peněz, o kterém mluví, že je možný se ani nedá uskutečnit. !!!
Unfortunately, be it intentionally or not, there is no other way to cancel a subscription, other than sending in an email, which I find not only suspicious, but also rather UX-unfriendly. Be it any login options missing within the web framework, where I put in my payment info, be it any subscription management options completely missing in the app other than changing the login info, or any other transparent ways missing, allowing users to manage their subscriptions, a huge red flag is a very soft way to describe this disappointment, even comically worse when the topic of the company’s efforts is mental wellbeing or health.

During the trial version, they do not inform about further subscriptions. There is no cancellation option or subscription information in the app. So I deleted the application and today I found out that money is being taken from me. The app really changed my mental state, but for the worse.
I attempted to cancel the subscription, however it was impossible to find an option. I then deleted my account with them & the app. I have now been charged for two months with an account that I have deleted for $20 each. This is a scam. This is also affecting my mental health badly.
do not download!!!! they say you can try it for 2$ but when you don't like it and delete your account, its not cancelling the subscription. But you cant see the subscription from your apple acount. They charge you directly. I do not even have the account and am not able to sign into the app anymore and they still charged me. It is stupid app that will not tell you anything new and will just take your money. do not download!!!!
I deleted app 12.01.2024. I did not subscribe to anything. Today they take 20$ from my card. Can I know for what? I didn’t bought anything. And there is no any notification about the payment.
