I have downloaded this app, browsed through, did not find what i needed and deleted. After a month i review my bank statement to notice that there seems to be a subscription to breeze app. I aim to cancel yet I did not have it as an active subscription on my iphone nor have i ever logged through the website. Contaced support - only automated response that is now shown in my email as “this message cannot be displayed because an error repeatedly occurred”. I cannot say anything else but suspect this is a complete scam.

This showed up as an add on my TikTok and it really has helped me discover things about myself that I honestly never knew😂 very thankful I found this app to use as a tool!!

They charged me for something I never bought essentially double charging me. I was only supposed to be charged $1 for the trial period but they also charged me for some dumb pdf I never ordered. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau.

Breeze has made it super simple to take tests. Normally I’m an anxious test taker however I find this app very friendly.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months. My bank doesn’t recognize the charges, and I have both emailed customer service and tried to cancel in app multiple times

This app is basically an electronic diary that makes you take “tests” without real results that try to constantly funnel you into the better help app. Not only that if you decide to purchase more than a monthly subscription they will NOT refund you any of your money even if you only used the app for 1 day and realized it’s not a good app. It’s poor business and they take advantage of their customers in this way. It’s just an add for another app. Don’t download or pay it’s a waste of time.

They make it difficult to unsubscribe and will continually charge your card. I had already emailed them and they suggested I go another route to cancel instead of just cancelling. 🙄
