1) They hooked me into the PayPal auto-subscription using the 1USD mind testing. 2) Later on, as I do understand this will charge me 29.99 USD if I do not cancel the subscription, I tried canceling it using their service. 3) However, the canceling subscription is NOT available on iPhone App, which lead me to use the website. 4) However their website did not have my account information, rather considered me as an “unregistered user”. 5) I could not cancel the subscription due to this, before the cancelation period, and the 29.99USD was actually charged. 6) Reached out to contact, they said no to refund as it is their TOS, and they do realize my account is not registered. Literally a joke. Making an app that redirects cancelation management to a website which does not even sync user data to avoid cancelation and let users just pay? Brilliant, nice BM.

I specifically remember cancelling my subscription during my one week trial, yet the app still charged me for the next billing cycle. Upon contacting customer service, they said they are unable to refund despite being a glitch in the system. Furthermore there was no notice that the trial period was ending. I repeat, problems are 1) cancellation process is purposely complicated to navigate. 2) no refunds despite being a system glitch. 3) no notification that the one week trial was ending. Customers should not be held accountable for bugs with the app. Simple as that. Do not tell me to contact customer service. I already have and received ignorant response. The easy way out is, as shown in many many other reviews, fix the issue app and start giving back refunds to customers.

Quite a useless app to be honest. More useful for kids, not for adults. It’s just a lot of generic tests and basic information. And paying 9 dollars per week for it is absurd. Also, the app itself has many features not working, you can’t reach out to support from the app. They have a website and an app and they seem to not be connected, I signed up for a free trial on the website and I couldn’t cancel it or reach support from the app. And I found it hard to log in on the website again. Then I was billed for the premium around 25 usd (which is according to the support because I signed up on the website. But it didn’t show up via my app so I didn’t even know the trial was coming to an end). Anyway, really bad service. If you are going to bill people that much you have to put everything together, otherwise it feels like a scam.

I never subscribed to your services and yet the app is keep billing me :( I even emailed you guys about the issue but never got a response. Could you please resolve this problem?

I do not remember subscribing to any services but then I see that I have been billed for something . What gives ? I need a refund and I would like to not use this anymore.

The app is good and all but I cant find any option to cancel my weekly subscription. There is no option on app store too. Too bad. Not recommended

I hate these apps that force you to accept a subscription just to download the app. It’s such a scam because of course everyone forgets to cancel the subscription that they didn’t even want. I swear this app just makes money off people with mental health issues who are more likely to forget about or cancel their subscriptions! Seriously disgusting! I want a refund!

This showed up as an add on my TikTok and it really has helped me discover things about myself that I honestly never knew😂 very thankful I found this app to use as a tool!!

They charged me for something I never bought essentially double charging me. I was only supposed to be charged $1 for the trial period but they also charged me for some dumb pdf I never ordered. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau.

Cancelled before the trial date and was still charged.
