Scam!!!
Have to pay for EVERYTHING!! Not fair or helpful at all.
Totally mis-sold ‘free’ trial
Signed up for this today after doing the FREE ADHD questionnaire, says results via email but instead guides you through signing up, paying £1 minimum to proceed, then downloading the app and subscribing again.., only to receive no results and unsure how many free trials and subscriptions I’ve actually signed up for!! Feel SO stupid, have cancelled sub via apple, still worried I will be charged again judging by the reviews. Has caused huge stress and anxiety.
Not a free trial
Charged me for a full month when it said I was signing up for a trial!
Cannot unsubscribe!
Tried unsubscribing from this every month since my trial. Spent £174 on it so far and going to try a chargeback through my bank. Edit: seems they have updated the unsubscribe process and I was successful.
Thieves
I didn’t complete the registration process, I haven’t once used the app because I didn’t think I’d completed the registration process, this developer can SEE I haven’t used the app, but took monthly amounts from my account anyway. They’ve refused to refund me and keep quoting the T&Cs and sending “warm regards”. They don’t care about your mental wellbeing, it’s all a farce.

you took £25 out of my account just because I wanted test results, you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of vulnerable people trying to work through their trauma - If I could give zero stars I would
SCAM: Taking illegitimate payments
I signed up and cancelled the trial in Aug 2024. Two months later, they maliciously started taking monthly rolling payment from my bank account, WITHOUT any receipts notifications and confirmation emails. They took payment from me in Nov 2024, Dec 2024 and Jan 2025. When confronted, they only agreed to refund the Jan 2025, claiming the Nov and Dec 2024 has exceeded the 14-day grace period. By the problem is: I never sign up and have already can called the trial. Let’s say I I did sign up, how do I know to cancel without notification, subscription confirmation emails or receipts? This app is ilegitimately taking payments unlawfully.
So everything is premium
Before you read this I wanna let u know I’m 10 years old I got this ad because I have ADHD but I wanted to see what type of ADHD I had like what the person in the advertisement did only then realising technically everything I was planning to do is premium
