CAVA | Order Online

The food is great and fast. I love that I have options that are FODMAP friendly for my child-like stomach (brown rice, roasted veggies, balsamic date vinaigrette, tomatoes/cucumbers, olives, and avocado). I hope more CAVAs open up. Their soda and tea options also slay.

i used a visa card in there store works perfectly fine online doesn't want to work make it make sense

Impossible to get rewards

There are significant bugs in this app. It would not allow me to take out (unclick) any of the customizations once chosen. It just kept adding things instead of deleting. I tried building the bowl and modifying while in checkout.

I AM STARVING and this dumb app i was forced to use against my will delayed me being able to eat at a speedy pace. you walk in here and the store is EMPTY… wonder why.

Could not find menu after setting up account (which I did not want to do). For individual items, I had no idea whether in choosing I was adding MORE items or the basic items! I never found the menu. My sister found it on her phone. Very frustrating and off-putting.

Tables are really messy and sticky

Can’t even use your rewards during checkout. No reason to even order on the app. Might as well waiting in the slow line in the store.

Healthy food easy to order on their app

Placed orders few times from this place and have not been disappointed yet. My goto is chicken and rice will return for more.
