Purchased a Ticket from Manila to Athens. - No snacks, food or bottles of water in over 16 hours of fight! Unbelievable how little this airline care about customer - Flight delayed 3 days , last day Scoot didn’t pay hotel for the whole flight claiming is not their fault there was a strike in Greece despite that Scoot incompetency was the main issue of the flight delay originally.Yes it was. This do not happens with Air France , KLM etc. - still the flight arrived an hour late, 99% of this flight won’t book anymore with Scoot and we will pass the voice

You could’ve prompted user to relogin as soon as their previous session expired before checking new trips - It can be a little distracting if you have to relogin during the check out process, while sometimes you need to restart the booking again.

I booked the ticket with total fare SGD312 but you charged me SGD336

Generally works fine apart from when checking in. I spent 15mins adding details for the passport expiry field to not allow number input meaning I had to move to desktop to check in. Buggy input fields

I unable to change my flight date on 3days in advance and need to wait for modify ticket 4hrs before departure time.

Booked for a trip advanced and the process was easy and smooth with no issues.

Too much charges are levied on Seats

Often times error during login, can’t do mobile checkin, error and just written ‘ops something wrong’. Functionally wise doesn’t work for the minimum.
