Citi Bike

App does not work, paid while on WiFi for a $19 dollar day pass. While on the street I have a fully working 5G connection, all other apps and websites work, the Citi bike app was allowed to use mobile data, but as soon i use the app on the street the app says I have no internet connection. So I was no able to make any bike ride and wasted $ 19 for an unusable day pass. I tried support, got me reply back for more info. I relied 2 times but no response. App is worthless for tourist

Bike gave green light but when docked and still got charged with a 150 dollar bill while the bike obviously didn’t move. Customer service does not provide a customer friendly solution for such cases. Will never use this expesive app again

Battery indicator is buggy and non accurate. Some electric bikes are not actually electric, either they are fake electrics or just don’t work and the company behind citibikes does not have the monitoring necessary to identify such bikes. This is by far the worst app and rental experience I’ve had since ever.

Bad recommandation! Don’t Buy a daypass! They will take 69 and your daypass of 19. Bad help at the chat and no refund of €69 😩

Please make your app more data friendly for international visitors with data roaming. Just few hours bike costs 80 mb of mobile expensive data. Also why is er a different app for bikes between Miami and NYC?

Wat een waardeloze app, elke 30 min moet je je fiets weer in een staling plaatsen. Zo niet? Kosten elke 15 min je 4$. Ook dus als je een dag pas koopt van 12$!

I’ve chosen for 3days pass - it worked perfect!

Wij kwamen er bij de eerste fiets achter dat je maar 1 fiets tegelijk mag hebben. Alleen bij dagpas meerdere. Crap!

Beware! Sometimes it’s difficult to dock more bikes when you are biking with your family. Because they block all the available docks with broken bikes from the day before and a large number of stock bicycles are all placed close together so that you cannot use the free docks behind them.
