I have tried to verify my account and system is not able to verify and when i tried to contact. There is no form of contact email orsupport number where i can get help from . There is only reference sheet to guide which is of no use. Is there any customer service centre for it???
Very disappointing app, by the time any new coin is available on Coinbase, the price has already shut up. You can never get rich using Coinbase also when scrolling through the list of coins to find something with a low price, once you’ve looked at it and got back out it sends you back to the top of the list again when I’ve already scrolled through hundreds of coins. It’s so frustrating.
I have tried to withdraw my money but it’s showing error all the time, then I transfer my crypto to another app.
i don’t usually do this, but high fees compare to other, difficulty in kyc, non existent customer support, system glitches during crucial times , etc…makes me wonder about the credibility of coinbase founder and the competency of their CTO. my recommendation is if you heard the word coinbase associate it with the word SCAM and run away from it as far as possible. i’ve had the worst customer experience ever from them, and they make it impossible for customer to withdraw money

I can’t get into my account due to a verification issue and Coinbase offer no customer support. I’m unable to get my funds out. Do not recommend this app.
Opened the app one day and it had signed me out, each time I tried signing in it would assume I was trying to make a new account even though my login info was saved on the app. I finally got in the app after verifying my identity however, all my crypto in bitcoin was gone. I have tried to contact them yet their number just sends me back to their help page which sends me to their number. The AI assistant was even less help. Very angry, I just want my money back and to talk to an actual human about this.

I have been trying to contact customer support for a sodding week and a half now. There’s no email, no number. So you have to contact on this stupid messaging system on their app. The representatives take 20 minutes to reply after each prompt and if you don’t reply in 30 seconds they disconnect you and you are to repeat the cycle again. What a joke. As soon as my funds are unrestricted I’ll be pulling them out to a different exchange. I understand you have to ensure people are not committing fraud but I have already provided ID and all my details multiple times. Why would you restrict my account in the busiest time of the crypto market. Absolutely a joke. DO NOT USE COONBASE
