Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether

I tried a lot of documents you listed for address verification and I can't verified? I uploaded latest gas reciept, internet bills, proof of recidency even my NBI clearance. My purpose is only to recieved my celsius distribution claims. WTF!

waited for over a week for verification and now still waiting. just to chat with a customer service agent you need to wait for an hour just for that agent to tell tou to wait and then pass you to another agent who told me to wait again. been passed on to talk to 4 agents in one conversation thread.

Tried to set up an account and got flagged for manual review. Agents seem to be very incompetent. It’s been almost half a year and my issue hasn’t been resolved. All responses are vague. Would rate 0 if there was an option. Horrible.

I after several months of not using Coinbase. They decided to terminate my account and forfeit my available crypto. Moreover they prevented my from resetting my account. Reached out to their support, they replied with their canned response that my account is terminated and they forfeited my available balance. I find it unjust and alarming, despite of my best effort to dispute it they declined my appeal to retrieve my funds. Hence not recommend if you’re forgetful and going to store funds, it would only end up being forfeited and that funds goes to their pocket.

I highly suggest to avoid this application! I made a transaction through BNB to Coinbase and the transaction did push through, but the balance didn’t credit into my account. Fortunately, It was only a small amount but the situation still bothers me. I am just sharing my very own experience with the app and I hope this wont happen to anyone.

I really appreciate it if coinbase management can retrieve my account. I can’t open my account anymore hence i went back to Philippines already. My account is from Singapore and sad to say my contact number and identification card is jot with me anymore

I tried to withdraw my funds from their Singaporean bank to my USD bank account - a week later and NO FUNDS YET. YOU CAN’T FIND A WAY TO GET THE WIRE REFERENCE CODES. YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK WITH NO VISIBILITY. And the support? It is merely a bunch of webpages with NO CHAT and NO 24x7 NUMBER AND NO EMAIL! If you’re not a European or American residing in certain states, DOWNLOAD ON ANOTHER EXCHANGE! Money goes in quickly but comes out like a snail and you can’t trace!

I had hard time trading with Coinbase platform before, but the more I learn aboit trading, the more a begin to appreciate Coinbase. Their platform is very user-friendly, very easy to deal with, and I like their very user friendly, moving average exponential and indicators. I use it all the time, even if I am using other trading platforms. Long live in Coinbase! You are doing a great job. Thank you very much for opening to us the opportunity to trade with you.

I can't submitt the back photos of my ID the apps will quit on it's own. I hate it!
