What happened with your application!????????I can’t register for three weeks……. Phone verification is not allowed

It’s the worst identity verification and customer support that I’ve encountered yet. After multiple times attempting to provide additional request requested documents, like bank statement, international passport and other legal document (both scan and photos) it keeps on refusing accepting them without clear explanation (I’m from Ukraine). And now I’m on 20 hour wait list. After reading requirements and trying to contact the support, they just make me to go through endless loops on their website without actually getting in touch with the real support. Their support email do not work at all. So I decided to simply close the account. Had no issues when was getting verified on the Binance. And why you are asking for the birthplace instead of place where I'm currently living?! And then not accepting documents from where I'm currently at. Nonsense. Please do something with your verification process and let people to contact your support whenever it keeps failing. It’s terrible.

First, i logged in into my old account and found out that it has limited access. Message of explanation? - nothing. Contact support? - wait 4 hours in the chat to get help. Closed account. Created new one - had issues with deposit. Next day - bank limit reduced, limited access with no way to deposit, no message of explanation, nothing. Contact support and wait in the chat for god knows how long.

I have requested to unstake SOL, however coinbase does not seem to want to unstake it, as it reads “Your request to unstake SOL has been unexpectedly delayed”. I have been waiting 3 weeks already, and have contacted customer support on 5 different occasions and on 5 different times I’ve received completely different answers. This is totally unprofessional and yet I still don’t know the status of the situation with my funds.

Been trying to register for half a day. During the registration process, a field for entering a phone number appeared. I sent an SMS code. When I just received an SMS, immediately the code input field failed and did not allow me to re-enter the code, I clicked to send me SMS again but now I keep getting an error all the time: “That's too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes.” A can do nothing. I also cant to communicate with support because web site offers me only faq

App is not working, check your internet connection message. My connection is fine, it’s a months since I can not use app!

Can’t even complete registration process, too buggy, page with choosing type of account just constantly reloading, can’t pass forward, when entering phone number nothing happens just „something went wrong” error messages all the time

Guys, it’s almost impossible to finalize registration. At one step you ask about the birthplace and later on you reject all documents I attach to prove my local address w/o any details on what’s wrong with them. Are you guys surprised I don’t live in the same place I was born in?

I can’t sign in…

Somehow they are not accepting my proof-of-income documents that are ok by a few major banks, stock exchange and a tax office. Deleting the app.
