At login: 2FA sent to my previous number (which is lost or stolen along the previous phone) -send it to email -you get into your account -change phone number -2FA sent to the stolen device again, tap on try another way, email - you need to log out to confirm it’s you - start from the beginning It goes on an endless loop… I can’t even express how frustrating it is.
The card says daily limit reached when my limit is 2,5k and I tried to buy smth for 40 bucks also I can’t transfer to my Binance or my friend because of “network or other issues “ so my money is just stuck DO NOT GET IT
Confirm details does not work and support cannot resolve the issue. They simply don't understand that the system has a bug. I keep getting the same advice, I have been trying to get a hold of my account for 2weeks now. I believe nobody is taking it seriously that I cannot resolve it from consumer side....I am devasted as I loose everything I have there simply because they have general error messages and support cannot help. I do not recommend using this app!

Semmilyen módon nem tudom kivenni a pénzt. Egyik kártyámat, bankszámlámat sem fogadja el. Mire PayPalon keresztül visszajut hozzám a pénz, már buktam is a hasznot.
The customer service is not existent, even if you can speak with one of them they don’t know anything. Creating an account is impossible.

I randomly get logged out and unable to log back in for a while, with a message like “oops something went wrong”. Well no $hit, what if I want to sell something? Unreliable software.
When I needed the crypto the most, they could not get it to me in time. I was participating in a node sale where I just ran out of the cheapest block of ETH I had in my wallet, I had USDC on coinbase and quickly exchanged it for ETH and started the withdrawal. But the transaction wasn't sent through the ARB network for several hours , instead I had to sell another crypto on Binance which I didn't want to sell anyway and bought ETH from it and then had to transfer it out , interestingly enough it arrived in my wallet within 1 minute , but I was able to buy the node for more than 3 times more expensive. I was very disappointed with the company.
Mondjuk az sokat segítene ha nem fagyna ki az alkalmazás illetve ha a wallettal össze lehetne kötni és nem csak egy “olvassa el a támogatási weboldalt” szöveget dobná be.
