Poor billing processes
Pipedrive bills for a higher number of seats than being used even on a month to month flexible plan and won’t remove unused seats from an account despite repeated requests. Unethical business processes and poor customer service for issues that shouldn’t exist.

I tried to leave it and couldn't.
This is the second time I've used pipeline, in two different companies over the span of four years. It was easy to understand, implement and even migrate a massive amount of data into Pipedrive. Impressively easy to export data, also.
It's hard for me to suggest improvements because I'm still discovering new, wonderful features that are changing the way that we work. I still need to get the hang of bulk editing and some other features, but if I can't figure that out with their documentation I'll try technical support.
