We used to use salesforce. Amazing reporting there but very complicated for daily use. Pipedrive solved our problem on being easy to fill with data. The automatic call logs is also great! As soon as i finish a phone call with a contact whose name is related to a deal, pipedrive will directly suggesting adding that call to the deal’s log. Easy integration with web forms, google calendar and contacts, google drive and now asana. I definitely recommend this app and website for all businesses with up to 200 employees.

Simplicity lost.

PD as a whole had got to be the best CRM system I've ever used. My only real complaint is not being able to utilize the system in its entirety through the app. Needs more features to catchup to the browser version but all in all, great value.

The CRM works smoothly they are I top of their game

Y’all got the deals and people part down, but where is the ability to view and track Projects? Feels like a major miss, especially you want to stay on top of them when you’re not near your computer. As someone who relies heavily on this part of your app for the company I work for, it’s a major problem and kills my ability to be productive and keep my team informed while mobile.

Recently switched over to Pipedrive from another CRM. I really like all of the features that Pipedrive offers and the integrations have been solid.

Billing is terribly

Our sales team loves Pipedrive. Soooo much easier than Salesforce and way more robust than using an Excel spreadsheet. It’s the right cost and the tech team continues to improve features every few months. Cannot recommend this CRM enough - it’s great!
