I absolutely love how easy to use the app is, but something that’s really awful is how the conversion “suddenly” changes when you are going to withdraw any coin. I’ve raised this concern publicly on Twitter before and no one looked after the issue. The price we see on screen must be the locked in price for withdrawals. When we are buying any coin, we get given the screen price, but when we want to withdraw, suddenly the value is less…? Come on, guys. We already pay enough transaction fees overall. Minimum you can do is provide us with some decent and transparent platform and not keep taking our money every time we need to withdraw.

Always updating, they can’t maintain the sheer quantity of users one on one with staff anymore, but it hasn’t been an issue seeming as there are basically 0 bugs remaining.

This is not crypto.com fault however further safety precautions should be monitored on the app and a scammer alert should be put into place. I was scammed a large some of money though this app. Long story short I thought my cousin was helping me learn how to use cryptocurrency however it turned out it was a scammer just taking my money. Please be very careful out there on the internet. You can’t trust anyone. make a phone call or get further information before sending money. Please don’t make the same mistake I did

Awesome, number 1 excellent. Love it, too bad my bank keeps blocking me , restricting me, makes me realise how fantastic crypto is. Thank you crypto dot com I am so grateful for your service and support, thank you changing my life with this amazing app!

*Edited in response to their comments of my review* I’d give zero star if I could. I was trying to get their VISA card through the app, bought 500 dollars CRO, and locked in for 180 days, followed every step in the app, got stuck on address verification (I’ve provided all the documents required). After 3 months waiting I asked for help, initially was a bot answering me from memory as I couldn’t see the message in the app anymore, it couldn’t solve the problem as expected, then I sent a detailed message to a ‘human’ explained everything in detail, after a few days got a reply asking to explain what my request is, clearly didn’t even bother to read my message. So after 180 days I transferred my money out will never deal with this company again. I’m lucky that I only used 500 dollars to test the water. Keep away otherwise I can’t imagine if I really need customer service with lots of money in their hands how much stress I’ll face. Have a look at their response to my review, completely irrelevant to anything that I have said. Perfect example of their non existent “customer service”.

This app looks very suspicious I tried to open account. App scanned the documents and then kept rejecting them without any valid reason I tried it couple of times and now system says application cannot be accepted Their helpdesk said for undisclosed reason, they cannot allow my account registration This sounds very suspicious. I have account with many other crypto exchanges but this never happened I think this is scan to gain access to customer confidential data and then rejecting the application for a reason they cannot even disclose

I’ve used the crypto.com app for a couple of years now it’s easy and simple to use, the support team are fantastic and really helped me when I needed them to 10/10 would recommend them

The Staking Portfolio page is blank after th latest app update, please rectify the issue.
