I went to all the effort to make an account, wait a week to verify, transfer a large amount of funds, locked up my CRO in a stake only for support to tell me cards aren’t available in UAE. It wasn’t written ANYWHERE. And now they are saying I can’t even get my CRO back and I have to wait for 180 days!! Also the fees for widening crypto are very high, $10 each time. WTH? Stay away from this awful company.
Can’t identify for several times. It captures it self and said image is blur. Singapore trash app like Singaporean.
I'm fairly new to the crypto world but feel like I lucked into a very good platform to trade on. With everything in the news lately. I know it could make people worry about investing but this software seems to be legit all around. They truly do want you to do well.

The KYC function is useless. Despite clear scans, the authentication fails nearly 10 times and registration is not possible.
Would’ve been a 5 rating if customer service was up to par. You’ll have a great time making cash with the ease of use of the app, but a terrible time withdrawing your cash with the hoops you have to jump through and lacking customer service. For example, I must first deposit cash from my bank account into my crypto.com fiat account in order to later be able to withdraw funds to same bank account; fair enough. But my crypto fiat account is set to EUR, andnwhen I sent EUR was rejected. Crypto.com says for some reason EUR not accepted, so switch currency sent. Crypto app having technical issues which dont allow switch from EUR, so, in effect, can’t link bank account for withdrawal. Customer service seems to be clueless as to how to resolve situation. Luckily have moved funds to stable USD coins for now, with decent gains.
I can't proceed because it's an invalid phone number by registering the phone. Can't use it in Japan?
