I like this app because it has various crypto currencies that you can engage with that other platforms don’t have but JESUS CHRIST, is there an update everyday?? Every time I go in this app it’s asking me to update. I just want to be able to check my account with the little time I have to do so and move on

I am unable to log into this app, I have tried to use the verification code via email multiple times. I messaged Customer service to get some help, the 10 minute response time is a fluke. I am currently still waiting over an hour, as I typed this. I do not mean to sound rude, but the lack of common sense is mesmerizing. The top right corner allows you to paste the code into the prompt. Instead, it locked me out for 30 minutes. The social media team has given me way more response, but the response is waiting on customer service via or web browser. They are beyond slow and lack a compassion to resolve your issues, even the common ones such as mine. When it comes to your money, do not wait on anyone else, the purpose of crypto was to stop middle men like this company from getting between our money and when we want it. I highly recommend using another crypto platform.. there’s also no real time data unless you use the Exchange app… which well.. you might get locked out for trying to login.. so good luck.

Guess I don’t know how all this stuff works but the app is quick to take your money with no clear way to deposit it back into your bank account.

I gave Crypto.com another try, but it’s a no for me. The hidden fees when selling are about four times higher than other competitors, and they don’t disclose them. Plus, you need a minimum balance for a lot of things—like $100 just to withdraw your own money. No other app does this, and I’ve tried plenty. On top of that, the app’s UI is extremely buggy, and I’ve had to force close it multiple times. I think I’ll stick with the Kraken app instead.

I’ve been using this platform since 2021 and as is today, they’ve removed all options to put funds into my wallet to purchase crypto except for wire transfers. The wire transfers have a 1000 minimum and take days to hit from your bank. Are you serious?? 1000 minimum wire is my ONLY option for funds??? Ridiculous!! Customer support was a also a joke wow I wish I would have never started using this platform DO NOT USE THEM

Very Annoyed to the Fact that it required me to submit ID to verify myself to then reject the application process stating that I’m underage and that my region doesn’t qualify to register 🙄

Unable to get an answer for a simple address verification. CS is simply saying that more time needed. Doesn’t make sense. They had no issues taking the money but good luck withdrawing
