I cannot get my money transfer from crypto wallet to visa card wallet! And! Cannot even access to transfer my cryptos to other wallet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No cs is really helping you!!!!!! My money!!!!!!!!!!

Why so many app updates??

Used to be one of the best exchanges. Still works as an exchange for standard activities, but as soon as something happens (tech issue for example) that isn’t standard and you contact CS, there is no support at all. The only way to contact CS is through the app. There’s simply no response for days - until you get a message “it’s been a while since you contacted us, we assume the issue is solved, you can contact us again if you still need support”. They’re basically ghosting people, even though I have been an active user of the platform for over 3 years. Tried to escalate via e-mail - same thing, no response at all. So don’t expect any support for any technical issues, because you won’t get any. Which then of course made me move all my assets from the platform, because ghosting your customers is an ominous sign of something bigger being wrong.. Can’t take my fiat out (even tho my sepa account is validated and was funded in from), and simply no support at all. Had to move my funds to another platform which cost me about 400 USD, simply because of no response at all from crypto.com. Which makes this a very unreliable platform now. And if you all remember FTX, any assets in the exchange are lost if they pull the plug - so I wouldn’t keep any assets on this exchange.

What’s the reason to force user to update the app almost daily! Very bad user experience

I’ve been trying to withdraw my money from the app for a while now but it just does not let me do it thru fiat wallet and keeping saying that the fiat wallet thing is under maintenance and not available now. I live in Hong Kong and now I am stuck with my money in the app

Long time user, not the first time receiving alert that claim my device us jailbroken (which is not). Contacted customer support for the first alert, and they pretend nothing was wrong. Very disappointed

Pretty bad not responsive enough Hard to withdraw money Once you buy (which is easy thru credit cards) you can’t take it out unless you have a European bank account
