CTEK Battery Sense

If I could give this no stars I would!! It will not connect to iPhone 11 (2 different phones) or an iPhone 13. I am unable to get it to connect with all 3 handsets. Will connect to a Samsung s20+. Do not purchase this it is a discontinued product. I have purchased a ctek 25 amp charger and a 20 amp dc to dc however due to the lack of support and response from ctek I’ll be going with redarc in the future sorry you’ve lost me ctek

I made the mistake of purchasing three of the CTEK devices for vehicles owned by various members of the family. Total waste of about $300 (Australian). Their software is rubbish and never worked reliably with any of the three devices. Their tech support is a joke and when they eventually responded to complaints they kept promising that they would fix the problems. Never happened. Now I have been contacted and told that all of my CTEK devices will no longer work because they have “old firmware”.

Not at all easy to install, must accept terms and conditions and then asks for permission to share dat a, no tick box to progress installation

App has stopped working. And no fix? Have reinstalled, tried on different phones with no success, just a frozen screen with no live info .

After waiting years for an update the latest one does nothing to fix IOS 15 issue even though the update claims too. I wish I had never bought this expensive overpriced junk.

Guys, people are really singing out for an update, i can say that my product is working fine and helping me out a lot, but the app needs some work, i paid $80 for the device and i would love to be able to see some more precise historical voltage data for over the last few days, the data is already there but we need a better way to view it, i can’t log trends between 10V and 15V it’s way too broad of a view. Pretty please, make some changes.

Useless app, can’t get past setup. It asks for data collection permission but there is no button to click.

When I open the app I can’t even get past the data collection terms and conditions acceptance as there’s no button to click continue…can’t tell you how good the app is because I can’t even get into it…

Voltage and temperature are swapped. It makes the graphs useless and pretty much the whole point of the app. This needs to be fixed.
