CTEK Battery Sense

Can’t even get it installed.

I have 4 units, 2 on the Aux bat 1 & 2 of my Discovery 4 and 2 on my Echo 4 Batt 1 & 2. What an awesome system, all 4 from one app.

No connection possible after IOS 15 update !

Once updated the battery condition the tabs show random data not the current data. I have a number of Ctek chargers that work very well. This monitor and app is a total afront to the quality of the chargers and should either be updated or scrapped altogether. Ctek this app do a injustice to your name!!!

Cannot pair anymore.

I’ve had the battery sense for 2 years, I was able to pair it to an iPhone 8 (which is not mine), I have never been able to pair it to my iPhone XS Max. There are plenty of people complaining about the same issue, why does CTek not fix this!?

After reinstalling the sensors, the app now connects fairly quickly. The detection range seems to be better than before. One issue is that when Temperature is selected, battery voltage is displayed & when Voltage is selected, the temperature is displayed. It would be useful if a report of the logged data could be exported to a file, emailed or printed. It would also be useful if the vertical axis could be zoomed just as the horizontal axis can be. This would be particularly useful for the Voltage graph.

The headings on the graph are mixed up. If “temperature” is highlighted graph shows voltage. Same mix up on “voltage” and “charge”. Why not check correct functionality before releasing app update?

Hi Ctek, any developments on the app. Its not working on the new IOS at all. Its now 4 months and no update. What is the problem........

The recent two app updates (July 2019) rendered the app useless. Battery percentage reading inaccurate, battery level graph doesn’t update anymore, connections to the device take much longer than in the past. Please resolve or alternatively roll back to previous version (two versions back).
