Great app, simple but effective exercises

It’s great for inactive as well as active

All of the workouts in this app collection are great. Simple and timed perfectly. Buying full app when I can, but free one is great! Thank you!!

This feedback applies to all apps by Developer. No question I enjoy using the apps and have, for years. One issue: after a while there is no variety in the exercises, even when used in different order on the Custom setting. Please add more exercises. Also, for the 8-10 min workouts, I would like to be able to add a couple more 30 sec exercises than doing the same exercises 45secs or 1 minute.

Easy for beginners

This is the first time I’ve EVER written a review for an app - that should tell you something. This app is absolutely incredible. I see results within days when using it. Highly recommend.
