Wie kommt es dazu dass ich mit Ticket 1 Klasse eine Platzreservierung in der 2 Klasse kaufen kann. Das habe ich aus Versehen gemacht. Was nun? Nichts. Und umgekehrt: heute fahre ich in der 2 Klasse und Reservierung gekauft für die erste. Ja, mein Fehler, aber wie warum funktioniert das. Warum ui lässt es zu. Wollte Upgrade mache und in der 1 Klasse bleiben - geht auch nicht. Peinlich.

Very helpful app, i’m depending on it daily. Only one feature is missing, to add the ticket/s to my iPhone wallet for faster access, specially the Deutschland ticket, please consider adding this feature to the app.

Es ist eine große Farce: Immer wieder fallen Züge aus oder haben Verspätung. Wir sind angeblich im Jahr 2024 im fortschrittlichen Zeitalter, aber Ihr Zugsystem ist wie in den 90er Jahren.

Cannot change language to english

Ich habe ein 2-Monatsticket für Deutschland ticket. Dann habe ich meine Bankkarte gekündigt und bin in mein Land, die Türkei, zurückgekehrt. Sie haben mir 550 Euro an Bahnticketschulden für ein Jahr in Rechnung gestellt. und sie gaben mich der Hinrichtung. Ich musste für das Ticket bezahlen, das ich nicht genutzt hatte. Ich bin noch nicht einmal auf dem!

When I canceled my Deutschlandticket they keep taking my money and never reply to mails. My ticket doesn’t even appear on the app but they keep taking my money. I will never buy a ticket from this app. DON’T USE THIS.

Interface of the new version is not good. When the new version was available in 2023, i realized it during the ticket control and i could not find where it has been moved in the new interface. I found the new place but did not show my ticket, although i have abo Now i got a second ticket control, app did not show the ticket again. I have a Deutschland ticket abo, I checked my bank account and it is regularly paid - no problem. But app does not show!!! Now I have to pay 5 Euro because i could not show my ticket during the control. Why I have to pay this because of this app’s failure!!! Really this is non-sense! Dear developers, work on this bug and solve this issue please!!!
