Ich mochte es auf Apple Watch haben.
System failure
I bought a ticket via the app, it charged me but there was no confirmation due to the system failure. And of course there was no refund.

Es ist so ärgernd!! Als sporadischer Nutzer muss man sich bei fast jeder Nutzung neu anmelden.

Respekt! Die nutzloseste App aller Zeiten. Auf der DB-Seite funktioniert es besser. Das muß man erst mal schaffen! Nochmal: Respekt! 👍🏻
Kein Login möglich
Wenn man versucht sich einzuloggen öffnet sich das Fenster, aber man kann nicht tippen. Tastatur geht nicht auf und man kann nichts einsetzen. iOS 17 / iPhone 13 Pro
Reisen werden nicht mehr angezeigt
Wenn ich eine Reise über die App suchen möchte wird mir immer angezeigt, dass keine Reise gefunden wurde, es ist auch egal welche Strecke ich eingebe mir da nichts mehr angezeigt.
Benachrichtigungen
Warum wird man bei stornierten Tickets bitte trotzdem über den Beginn und Verspätung der Fahrt informiert? Was für ein Blödsinn! Und warum werden Stornierte Tickets weiterhin in der aktuellen Übersicht angezeigt und verschwinden nicht, meinetwegen in die vergangenen Reisen? Absolut unübersichtlich! Nach wie vor eine völlig unübersichtliche, schwer bedienbare „Erfindung“.

Nichts funktioniert! Buchen geht nur manchmal. Hinzufügen von Tickets nicht möglich! Begründung des Kundenservice, das liegt an Ihnen. Unterirdische Leistung
