As of August 4, 2024 the calendar dates are not correctly lined up with days of the week (e.g. August 17 is Saturday, not Sunday). Would be great if you can fix that! Update: As of December 2024 this problem has still not been fixed. December 18 is a Wednesday, not Thursday, so the App is useless (U.S. based user). The App was great while it worked. Updating hs not helped.

Im Moment ist der Kalender in der app falsch - Datum und Wochentage stimmen nicht überein. Dazu findet die app momentan überhauot keine Verbindungen irgendwohin.

App was fine until implementation of the current Captcha app. No matter how correctly I complete the puzzles it will not log me on. Complete junk.

Ok so the awaited update arrived November 1. Terrible! I can’t even search for train schedules. I logged out thinking I needed to do that so it would work. Now the update won’t even let me log back in!! I can no longer use English as an option. I’m visiting Germany in 3 weeks and was relying on the DB app to search routes and purchase tickets. Go back to the version that worked and start over. These updates are a joke.

I booked our entire vacation 6 months in advance with travel between 5 cities and it was easy. But one leg was cancelled, from Dresden to Berlin at 9:37 AM 4 months later. There is a train at 9:00 that I wanted to take and it was priced at the same price. But pressing ‘alternatives’ it gave me only later trains and then rebooked me at 11:00 killing much of the day in Berlin. Frustrating as bleep. Why didn’t it let me book an earlier option?

For some reason all my methods of payment are being declined and I can’t buy any tickets in the app. My cards work fine otherwise and Apple Pay has never given me any issues so far. The worst thing I’d that I’m not sure what the issue is since the app’s feedback is just that the payment has been declined. I’ve tried removing all methods of payment and putting them back multiple times, but that didn’t resolve the issue. Not quite sure what else to do. Without this the app is fine for checking the timetable and planning your trip but the ability to buy tickets directly in the app was a huge plus for me.

The train can be delayed by 10 minutes, but the conductor will shut the face in your door if you’re 10 seconds late

No master how many times I try the app cites security procedure and won’t let me in. It’s the captchas.

Can’t load search’s for destination making it impossible to book, navigate or use. Unusable app

Still crashes. I tried to login, but that crashed the app and if you click on journeys again, it will crash. Please fix. Can’t be so hard.
