I am so mad at how not user friendly at all it is to cancel tue subscription!!! I keep paying every month despite I can’t use the premium features anymore, and customer service in non existent. I have no idea how to stop paying for this app.

Very nice looking app with good recipes, easy and tasty. Easy to look for recipes and they are constantly updated. Also meal plans to follow that are very helpful. Love the wellness tab with work out videos and stretching exercises, as well as yoga.

Unable to click on some recipies.

While I absolutely love and respect all the work that Ella and her team are doing to ease people’s way into vegan diet and more holistic wellbeing, this app is very unpleasant to use. It may be my old iphone, but with both the ios and the app being up to date (and no complaints on other apps), the constant glitches and slow response of the app make it a deterrant from regular use.

Dear, Since I’ve started using this app, it seems that there are issues such as : either the app does not respond whe n you click on an item, or more frequently it jumps to fast to opening an item when you just want to scroll. I do not have these issues with other apps. In addition, I just wanted for example to open in the app a receipe shown in the mail notification, and it takes a lot of look around to finally get to the receipe. M

With this new upgrade, the Deliciously Ella Team offers us a beautifully designed 360 wellness app: movement, meditation, recipes, sleep helps and so much more. I love this app since its beginning and use it everyday. And the price is so accessible for so many weelness tools combined. Five stars ⭐️

There is not even a simple search function any longer or a way to filter by favourites. Really disappointing update to what used to be a handy app!

Tracking is great for motivation and I understand this addition to the app comes from a very good place. However, I would like to revert to the tracker free version. I find very annoying that the app constantly asks about sharing data with apple health tracking app. I understand why the tracker would be in the first tab (good nudge) but I don’t want to have to first dismiss a request for data when what I want is checking or sharing a recipe. I will keep my subscription if I can revert to a version without tracker or if I can customise the order of tabs AND am assured that none of the data will be shared with third parties AND I can remove my data at any time. If not, I will give up on recipes. I want to pay with money, not with data.

This application is so wonderful. It’s extremely user friendly and my partner and I basically love very recipe in it! It continues to amaze me every day. Ella is one of a kind.
