My go to all week long for recipes, wellness and mindfulness

I recommend this App to everyone. I love trialing the recipes, that not only taste fabulous, but also promote better health. They are easy and quick to make, non-processed and have accredited me a reputation as a good cook, something I never thought I’d be attributed! I fall asleep every night listening to the Sleep sound bath, which has helped retrain healthy sleep habits after years of disturbed sleep triggered by being woken in the night after having children. Better sleep has led to me feeling alive again; more positive and energised, which is leading to better habits and health choices. When mornings allow, I listen to powerful and motivational meditations, that have led to me achieving a better balance in my life, a greater feeling of self-love, resulting in heightened confidence and belief in myself; which in itself has resulted in greater achievements at work, even a big promotion! I’ve been known to use the 5m reset meditations in the loo at work after particularly stressful incidents. Which I’m convinced has led to better outcomes; calming me down, giving me space, time to breathe and perspective, responding in a more measured way and not reacting in the moment. The interface, as it develops, is becoming more intuitive to use. This app should be available on the NHS, to support and guide people in taking ownership of their health and wellbeing, reducing the strain on our hospitals and clinicians. So to say it’s changed my life would be an understatement. From the bottom of my heart - thank you x

The app is absolutely amazing I’ve been using it for a very long time and I have recommended it to friends and family. It’s absolutely worth every penny. I use the app for meditating, practising yoga or Pilates and using the app to prepare my weekly meals and for inspiring guilt free snacks and treats. You don’t really need any other app-as this one pretty much offers everything you need. Keep up with the good work.

Absolutely loving Rods Barre workouts! I’ve had a piriformis, glute niggle for months. I’ve tried so many glute strengthening but nothing has relieved the pinching. Did Rods glutes workout and it’s helped immensely! Thank you 🙌🏼

This really is tue best wellness app that exists and at such a great price. Cheapest and best. It has everything you need. Sleep support. Mindfulness, breath work, meditation, exercise. Amazing recipes and meal plans. It’s really the only app you need.

I started using the app for pregnancy yoga five years ago but it has become so much more useful since then. The recipes are easy to search and access and I recently tried one of the meal plans which I thought was excellent. Easy to follow and no food waste!

I have used this app since I was 19 (I’m now 25). I started exploring plant-based foods throughout uni and using the recipes on here opened my eyes to a whole cohort of food groups/condiments/flavour pairings that I hadn’t known about before. I’m not vegan but I follow a plant-based diet and LOVE to cook. I use the shopping list feature a lot and meal planner. Don’t even get me started on the YOGA. I dipped in and out over the years but now I do yoga with various instructors on the app DAILY - usually with Lisa, Ella, and Adam. Also, years ago I briefly met Ella randomly walking through London one day and what a lovely lady she is! So sweet. Good vibes. Thanks for everything!

Such an intermittent working app, using a laptop isn’t any better. Getting recipes up is a painful process. And before you say, do have fibre.
