Mobile app security system is too complicated
The security system of the mobile Deutsche bank app is unnervingly complicated. Why does it need two apps? Why does it need a photo tan ? The previous tan pins were not great, but at least they did always work!!! Why is it not possible to have an app that allows to use one long very secure password and a txt notification onto any mobile phone in the world. Other banks in other countries have way simpler mobile app security system. For example voice recognition. You could have a talk to for example ANZ Australia/New Zealand or BNZ Australia/New Zealand they are much more customer friendly. P.S: These feedback system asks for a nickname.
