App is impossible to open. You hit a front page and that’s it. No menu

Use to be great, simple and efficient. Now it's all about design and animations. Praticality, usefulness and logic have since long vanished.

The application become too complicated to use.

Before its showing the total ammount of water and total ammount of electricity usage i spend now not showing at all cz its helping me before to control

Every time I minimize the app, the customer service agents stop communicating and I must start again from the beginning. So if I need to take a call or reply to a message in the background, i must restart my enquiry from the beginning

Was easy to log in before now my credentials is lost
