DEWA has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen, I complained about not been able to see my daily consumption of water and light from the app since the beginning of this year and the guy I spoke to show zero interest and said I should send an email, which I did and I never get a response back from them,

I don’t believe on 63K ratings It’s totally fake. It’s impossible to unsubscribe from useless emails I am just reporting them for junk

App doesn’t allow apple suggested password which is very strong. So you have to generate a password yourself. Rest is ok.
